Green Run High
Main Post:
Our family will be relocating to Virginia Beach from Richmond in June due to a job change. A lot of rentals listed are zoned for green run high and I’ve been told by some locals to avoid that school. Is it really that bad or is it just a bad reputation? I’d like to hear from someone with first hand experience if possible. Thank you for any help!

Green run alumni here.
- green run high school got a bad rap early on because two gangs fought after a football game held at green run but for two other schools in the area. This gave it the nickname gang run. People attributed it to green run because the housing near green run at the time was extremely low income. The reality I've heard from old heads is that those gangs didn't even come from the housing near the school and we're only there because of the football game.
- being called gang run fostered it being called gun run, there isn't any substantial evidence of this being an issue in the area. Just like there isn't any substantial gangs in most of Virginia Beach regardless of school.
- it's a pretty typical high school. It's not the best nor is it the worst. If anything it's averageness is beneficial for social development.
- there is a portion of racism to consider here, green run, at least when I was attending, had a proportionally larger black attendance than say ocean lakes which has a higher Asian attendance. So a lot of dog whistling goes on when talking about green run.
FNAF 2 Ultimate Green Run theory crafting
Main Post:
I've recently become very interested in how the AI for this game works. One of the most interesting animatronics AI wise is Withered Foxy.
From what I understand, Foxy can only activate his jumpscare on 10 second intervals once his movement opportunity succeeds, with an additional condition that a black out must not be occuring. If Foxy is ready to kill you, but a black out is occuring during a 10 second interval, then his jumpscare opportunity will be skipped. Once Foxy is ready to kill you though, I know that he will try to kill you again on the next 10 second interval OR immediately if you turn on your flashlight. I want to get confirmation that this information is true.
If what I said is correct, that gets me curious on whether or not you could theoretically skip all of Foxy's jumpscare opportunities by perfectly timing black outs, and never using your flashlight after he's ready to kill you. Ofc luck would need to be ideal and you need to get a guaranteed black out before each 10 second interval, but I wanted to know if this was possible in theory or if Foxy will still find a way to kill you.
If this is actually possible, I wonder if it would be possible to do an insane green run of 10/20 by tactically getting flagged by Foxy, never using your flashlight after he's flagged you, and always getting a black out before his 10 second jumpscare opportunity.
Top Comment:
Yes, it would be theoretically possible, but extremely rare. It's actually the regular strategy for the modded "true 10/20" where the animatronics AI's are uncapped and always move. However, for the real 10/20, they are capped at 15 AI and, over the course of the night, will inevitably miss a blackout.
Green Run backstory?
Main Post:
Something that always stood out to me is why Green Run is so perfectly preserved with the 1960s vibes, similar to Nuketown.
What exactly is the significance/backstory of Tranzit in general?
Top Comment: The general area of TranZit is in close proximity to a Broken Arrow research site in Hanford. It is most likely part of a group-wide effort to build similarly-themed facilities, same deal with Camp Edward (aka Nuketown).
Regarding about Tranzit BO3 Custom Maps that are in the works, a quick PSA about Green Run Productions and a self-awareness that needs to be said.
Main Post:
TL;DR sake as I wanna get this out there but hoping it doesn't get removed, given the situation that just raveld and I don’t want this post to be a negative effect as this is a PSA:
Green Run Productions’ Tranzit is a full on scam, being run by Dannyy, creator behind the Waterpark Custom Map, as he’s has gotten flack for his schemes, ignoring negative criticism, not properly crediting people who helped out with Waterpark as he wants the credit for himself and milking enough bank on his Patreon, ghosting his Patreon Users on the lack of updates.
Serious, who’s infamous for the T7 Parch, has busted Dannyy out using a technique to show the coding that GRP’s Tranzit file is using from Waterpark, as it turns out that the computer coding of who is behind GRP is literally Dannyy.
Turns out Dannyy has did this tactic with Waterpark, which resulted the Waterpark Map Beta File getting leaked out because someone was upset with the paywall locked behind Patreon.
I strongly do recommend watching these videos as it’s pretty much explains about the Green Run Productions Scam but please don't support or throw your money at GRP for their Patreon, as if you do noclip on both the Tranzit and Dark Aether Maps, it’s a straight full gro rip from BO2 but with a lack of progress and is currently unfinished.
Top Comment: Not to mention, after Aleriion's video got some attention, Danny deactivated his personal Twitter and also deactivated the Tranzit_Project Twitter as well. He's running away from the whole situation.
With the most adverse fate in Green Acres, run off the edge of the world.
Main Post:
Here to give another spoiler-free hint of how to complete this secret, as the description is misleading and vague. Hopefully you see this without having the unlock/secret be spoiled by other sources (Because people looove to spoil stuff, smh)
- Ignore the "Adverse fate" bs, it's stupid fluff meant to throw people off.
- Enter green acres with any character (Preferably either a strong one or one with high move speed)
Note: You MUST enter with both HYPER and HURRY enabled. Arcanas or other modifiers seem to not interfere.
3) You DO need to run off the edge of the world, but it has to be a very specific direction, south west. You need to go past the grid marks on the map.
4) You'll know for sure when the secret triggers, it is not subtle at all.
Here's what'll happen when the secret starts.
Your screen will glitch out and you'll enter Glitch City (Pokemon reference)
If you can't figure out how to complete the secret,
Kill 128 of the enemies that spawn in Glitch City. Take a strong character!

What do you all think of Grant Morrison’s Green Lantern run?
Main Post:
I’ve become a huge Green Lantern fan. The animated series, the Geoff John’s stuff, the 90s stuff. I’m getting into it all.
But I kind of find Morrison’s work unbearably alienating and just hard to understand (and enjoy) at times. However, I’ve read good things about the new GL run, and I do like all the thought that goes into his work. Like I love Arkham Asylum but I hate Final Crisis. So it can kind of go either way.
So what did you guys think of it?
Top Comment:
It's by far the best green lantern in a very long time. It harkens back to the pre-geoff Johns era a lot, which is nice, as I'm pretty tired of all the different coloured corps, etc.
The series is presented as single issues that all build together into a larger over-all story, rather than being a bunch of 4 to 6 issue arcs that are broken up as "such and such part 1 of x". I dont find that its overly complex or hard to follow, you just have to be prepared to read each issue very carefully and possibly several times in order to get everything out of it.
It's about Hal, the person doing his job as a green lantern, and all the weird shit that he has to deal with (and has dealt with in the past).
If your only exposure to GL is like Geoff Johns and some animated stuff, I can see why you might find this series strange. Theres an extremely prevalent notion on reddit that all the GL before Geoff Johns doesnt matter (in spite of it being literally hundreds of issues and all of Hal's character development).
If you go in with an open mind and are willing to do some research into silver and bronze age GL and DC history in general, I think you should be able to enjoy it, at the very least.
There are almost certainly going to be older/obscure characters and references that you won't pick up on right away (or possibly at all), and that's fine. They generally aren't crucial to the story, and for me, just made it more enjoyable when I caught on to little appearances from Morrison's other works.
Only Green Lantern run written by a convicted paedophile. Weirdly, does not star Hal Jordan
Main Post: Only Green Lantern run written by a convicted paedophile. Weirdly, does not star Hal Jordan
Top Comment: You say this as if this writer did not kick off the Guy Gardner series and write the first 47 issues of the third volume of the main book (which stars Hal). He’s actually a fantastic writer despite being a terrible person. Shame.
Shifting Woodland is it just a staple if you run green?
Main Post:
Am I the only one who feels like this card is really good in EDH format (delirium is quite easy to trigger.) and just a staple if you run green.
Being able to copy any permanent makes it quite powerful, even if it's for a turn. For your land slot it combos with way too much and hard to remove it outside of usually turn of removing it then exiling it.
A. Lets you cheat any permanent win con past counterspells
B. In the color that has a good number of self mill+recursion (heck life from the loam does both!) so just hitting it with removal doesn't solve it. Generally life from the loam sees play as it fuels most game plans in Green, while also being able to spam one of it's best channel lands (if you're in simic LfTL feels like an auto include to reoccur both channel lands which are both great answers.)
C. Lets you cheat the command tax, if your commander starts costing too much and only need him on your own turn.
D. Decent man land, when someone does a one sided board wipe (which are becoming more common, especially with assassin creed now getting a non legendary/artifact/saga board wipe.)
This card pretty much feels like a staple if you're running green because it takes a land slot up, and at worst is potentially a slow land with it being green and most mana ramp searches out a forest- chances are you will be fine. Even really land recursion is generally used a lot in anything that splashes green because it lets you fix your lands.
Edit: A lot of complaints that DELERIUM ISNT EASY TO GET TO INSTANTLY ABUSE! (while I feel this is an odd statement in a 4 player format if you ever become a threat, you're going to get your stuff hit with removal, or by board wipes, or answer to stuff with removal, and fetch lands being spammed to thin the deck and make it more consistent and less land draws, and to abuse sensei divining top. Also pretending vandal blast isn't a thing and every red deck is not running it because they love your mana rocks, and think they look pretty and should stay on the board. Unless your entire table is battle cruiser with no board wipes, removal, and everything you play is ignored and no one sees you as a threat ever...)
That's the thing, it's a combo piece and a silent killer, you don't need this land to "instantly" do something. This land does so much.
Table with a lot of counter spells? After a few just cheat things into play!
Lets you slip something in that got countered, also anything deemed a threat like hey I dont want you to recollect X swan song/pact/offer you can't refused*
One sided board wipe and about to eat a blight steel... I mean it would be a shame if they printed some 4 mana return all non historic non-land cards cards to your hands for four in a format where some win con is cheating a blight steel and smacking you. Is it perfect- sure it gets hosed by graveyard removal but that's any recursion effect?
Someone with mana open destroyed your win con? Pay 4 and put it back on your table
Does it go in every deck, sure maybe some decks might not like it, but a staple isn't because EVERY DECK needs it but it's good in a lot of decks. Most mono/duo/tri color decks can easily put this in and enjoy it's recursion as it instantly puts it into play for 4, where hall/heliod/academy are 2, to top of your deck. Meaning you need to still draw it.
It has a lot of strong things that enable it
LftL/Wren and Six + Nev disk = board wipe whenever you want for 5 mana (as it doesn't come into play tapped)
Board wipes seem less risky when you have a win con on the field, if someone else has a possible win on the board
Gruul has a lot of draw x discard x, simic has the same with it's blue draw, all these effects feel less painful if you dont get lands to throw in the graveyard, then if we look into Golgari- that's pretty much your game plan.
Thats the thing, its a utility land that does a lot of things quite well with the ability to cheat things into play and bypass some things, also respond to players who might have removed a stax piece to putting this as that stax piece to disable them and stop their win.
Also will add mono green generally benefits a lot more too from running the fetches now

I Have a NVIDA GTX 1660 TI GPU, and im woundering if i will be able to use this amazing ai on my pc, i been using a nother ai for a bit but i wana use Stable diffusion if i can
Top Comment:
(SOLVED): ISSUES WITH GTX 1660 Super, and probably any 16XX card.
I was giving black screen. I finally fixed it in that way:
- Make you sure the project is running in a folder with no spaces in path:
- OK > "C:\stable-diffusion-webui"
- NOT OK > "C:\My things\some code\stable-diff...
- Update your source to the last version with 'git pull' from the project folder.
- Use this lines in the webui-user.bat file:
- set COMMANDLINE_ARGS=--precision full --no-half --medvram --opt-split-attention
- set OPTIMIZED_TURBO=true
